| Glenn M. Lepene, CFP(R), is a Certified Financial PlannerTM and the major principal of GML Financial Advisory Services, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser firm. GML Financial Advisory Services, LLC is an independent, fee-based financial planning and investment advisory practice located in Rochester, New Hampshire. Glenn has completed NASD exam Series 6 and 63, and holds a Life, A&H Insurance license in New Hampshire.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BS degree from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics, Glenn also holds an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire (formerly known as New Hampshire College).
Glenn has more than 38 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to establishing GML Financial Advisory Services, LLC in 1995, he was affiliated with two Strafford County, New Hampshire banking organizations over 23 years. During this tenure he graduated with Distinction from the National School of Finance and Management, a national senior bank officer program at Fairfield University. As a banker, Glenn held various senior level positions in consumer and commercial loan finance as well as in overall bank administration. In his last banking position he served for 8 years as president of a local bank institution.
Glenn is and has been active in various civic, not-for-profit and charitable organizations including Trustee of the City of Rochester Trust Funds, Trustee of the Gafney Home, Trustee of the Rochester Cemetery Association, Director of the Rochester Rural District Visiting Nurses Association and member and Board representative of the Rochester Rotary Club. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Strafford Guidance Center and Strafford County YMCA.
Glenn is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the principal industry trade organization for financial planner professionals. He is also a member and has served on the Board of Directors of the Northern New England Chapter of the FPA.
